The mobile oil separator operates while the machine is running and cleans the machining fluid of loss oils and fine contaminants. Thanks to its powerful pump, it can clean an entire tank in no time — even drawing oil from places where belt conveyors cannot reach.
The device works on the principle of coalescence, using only air supply and whilst the machine is in operation. It is fully automatic and delivers a very rapid return on investment. Using this system significantly extends the service life of machining fluids — and consequently of the machines themselves.

What types of fluids can you clean?
We can clean all types of machining fluids, water from degreasing baths, cutting oils, hydraulic oils, and many other fluids and oils.
What warranty do you provide for your equipment?
The standard legal warranty is 2 years. During and after the warranty period, we are available for any consultation regarding the device and its operation.
Since we stock all spare parts and are the manufacturer ourselves, we can repair the device on-site at the customer’s location in 95% of cases.
How do I know whether I need a filtration unit, a separator, or both?
The easiest way is to contact us with your specific issue — we’ll propose the right solution. We will select the most suitable device or recommend an additive for your fluid to resolve the problem.
How often should I replace the emulsion in the tank?
Emulsion is a mixture of water and oil with a lifespan determined by its use and wear. If not replaced in time, it may cause machine damage, contamination of machined parts, and other issues.
Typically, replacement is needed every few months; a full year is the upper limit.
When using our separation systems, this interval can be extended up to four times.
How can the cleanliness of fluids after purification be verified?
Usually, the need for cleaning becomes evident visually — unpleasant odour, visible impurities in the tank, or similar signs.
How often should the separator run?
Depending on the filtration performance and the level of contamination, we will recommend an operation schedule tailored to your plant and machines.
Importantly, the device operates without electricity — it runs solely on compressed air.

Based on filtration capacity and the degree of contamination, we’ll determine how long and on which machines the equipment should operate.

What particle size can the filtration unit remove?
The belt filter can separate particles as small as a few millimetres from the emulsion.
